Immaculately clean, state of the art technology, great view from the chair, AND the team here really goes above and beyond to make your dental experience as comfortable as can be. Dr. Armstrong and her team are highly qualified,and make you feel like family. They can answer any questions or concerns you may have, and they take the time to explain to you throughly what the procedure entails. I would highly recommend this dentistry to anyone looking for a top notch and stress free dental experience. Here I don’t feel like just another number with a dental plan, I feel like the staff here really cares about their clients experience. This, even so simple.. is RARE In Miami. Especially Rita C who performs my cleanings, and Fiorella Z. who assists with scheduling and front desk admin responsibilities. Their staff is not only friendly and courteous, but they are also accommodating by using compassion and understanding when problem solving in regards to making adjustments on appointment schedules, working with you and insurance companies to validate a price prior to service, and most importantly when referring out to Orthodontist work. My family has since moved 1.5 hrs North of this location and its still worth the drive to work with these ladies. After 10 years in SFL, 4 dentists, this place is a one stop shop to ensuring you get good service, great work, and a proactive plan to minimize dental work moving forward. This is hands down the most thoughtful, thorough dentistry I've encountered on both the West and [South] East Coasts. That speaks volumes as 99.7% of the services I've received in Florida are below par as compared to the West Coast. On the contrary, Dr. Armstrong and her staff have raised the dentistry bar nationally. Their in office practices leave little to no room for competition in my very honest option.

In distress I was extremely hesitant to trust my 32 teeth to just anyone. In my quest for stellar care, I narrowed the prospects down to 3 dentists, one being Dr. Armstrong. Fiorella was my first customer touchpoint and representative of the office. She owned the call and didn't acerbate my pain and discomfort by transferring me around the office, making scheduling difficult or putting me on hold. She skillfully managed every query and interaction until I arrived safely for my appointment.

There are a number of different players during your visit depending on your treatment. What's critical to note is that the team management of your experience is seamless. There are no duplicate steps. Every player owns a critical piece and flawlessly executes. For example Rita, the Dental Hygienist and I had banter back and forth regarding products and theories all while she cleaning my teeth with PRECISION. Dr. Armstrong inserts herself throughout the process not to micromanage the team but instead to familiarize herself with the state of your teeth.

Dr. Armstrong was very prescriptive with her analysis and treatment plan. She gave expert guidance on treatment priority based on looks vs any delay of treatment that could comprise the integrity of the teeth. Dr. Armstrong, never rushed, sat with me and provided white glove service.

End of story: I walked out with an Instagram worth smile!
